Ordering Procedure
Costumes in stock can be orderd directly in our webshop.
Check your size with the Makari Dreams size charts.
Costumes made to measure: Fill in the contact form, or send us an email with these details:
Subject: Order and your name
Message:
Product name: (example: costume Bashair)
Product size: (specify sizes as from our Size Chart)
Product color: (if different color options are available): (example: turquoise)
Additional items: (example: skirt, arm bands)
Delivery Conditions
1) The product will be processed after payment of the full amount is received by Makari Dreams. This is the case for costumes made to measure as well: we will start fabricating them when the full amount is payed.
2) Delivery costs are calculated on check-out and depend on the region.
3) Payments can be done with Paypal, credit card or bank transfer on request. A handling "tax" of 6% is added to the total price for the costs that Makari Dreams pays to the payment providers for each transaction. We were forced to name this "VAT" in the calculation when you check out because Wix software does not allow a different name for handling rates.
4) Fabrication time can vary: on the average for costumes one month, excluding transport time. For dance groups, please contact us a couple of months in advance or more, depending how large is your group. Costumes in stock are shipped immediately after receiving the payment. The shipping time differs from country to country.
5) We ask a variable surcharge for size custom L depending on the costume - because of increased material costs and labor.
6) Costumes in stock / standard sizes can be returned if you are not satisfied. If returned unused and undamaged within 14 days the price of the costume will be refunded. This does not apply to costumes made to measure or modified according to customer request - in this case we cannot refund. Please contact us by email for instructions about your return shipment.
7) Material costs cannot be refunded in case of cancellation of the order before the fabrication takes place. We do not refund if the cancellation takes place when the fabrication of the product is already started.
8) Makari Dreams BDC can not reimburse products lost or damaged during shipping.
9) Costumes bought with a "ribbon" cannot be returned and reimbursed.
10) International orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. We cannot accept returns for reasons of unexpected import duties / taxes.

All Makari Dreams costume designs are unique and cannot be copied without our permission. All photos on this website are copyrighted and cannot be used without our permission.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information that you give us during check-out such as: your name, billing address, shipping address and email address. Your personal information will be only used for the specific purpose to ship the purchased goods to your address. We do not transfer this information to any third party, at the exception of your delivery information which is only transferred to the Postal Services chosen for shipping the goods.
Our site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Wix.com stores data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our website adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. If you do not wish to use the payment gateways provided by Wix.com or PayPal, you can opt for an off-line payment. In this case the data you provide us will be stored on our secured and encrypted servers, will not be shared with third parties, and will be used for the sole purpose of shipping the goods.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
